It seems they took all the Final Fantasy OSTs down :|a I swear they used to be there, because that’s where most of mine came from!!
As a rule, Japan’s music industry hates HQ, DRM-free downloads. The J-iTunes music store is the only one that doesn’t have music available in this format; probably as a result, artist pages for many high-profile Japanese artists break when there’s a major update to the US store until they’re able to renegotiate or whatever. I suspect all of the Uematsu music was lost during one of these updates—if not the most recent addition of iTunes Match.
